Method:
Saute the turkey mince and garlic in the coconut oil until browned, then add the coconut cream and simmer while you chop up the vegetables. Add the crushed tomatoes, then the vegetables, pop the lid on and simmer for half an hour.
Variations:
You could add mushrooms, onions, zucchini or any other vegetables to this recipe. Adjust spices to suit your palate.
One serve = one cup. This is a very small serve, you may like to double up or have it as a snack.
